Research Notes

• There is a John Yerdleye born in Malpas, only about 3 miles or so away from Worthenbury which is right on the Welsh English border. There is no such place as Worthenby. ^[1]. There is no other person recorded in either Findmypast or FamilySearch who even remotely meets this criterion.
• There is also a Richard Yardley, father of Anne, who was baptised on Christmas Day 1644 in Malpas, presumably the father of Alice (1642), Richard (1643), and Thomas (1645) from FindmyPast^[2]
